Today I have reopened my Etsy store!

I had temporarily closed my Etsy store for the past several years, due to going thru several major surgeries and recovery after each one.

I continued selling on Facebook and our local Facebook Marketplace.

I’m starting to make inventory for my Etsy store to sell as Ready Made/Ready to Ship.

I’m currently NOT accepting any custom orders. I may consider custom orders again in the future.

Please visit our Etsy store often, to purchase new items.


September 2016

I reopened my Etsy store several months ago.

I closed my Etsy store last year, due to having 4 knee surgeries.

I'm started making embroidered dog toys a few weeks ago.

I currently making toys, to have ready for Christmas orders, thru my store.

Thank you to all of my customers for patiently waiting for me to reopen.

I'm already very busy with other orders!

March 29, 2015

I had to rush out of town suddenly due to almost losing my Dad. As soon as I received a phone call from my Mom, I rushed to be there for my Dad and Mom.
My Dad had to have double bypass surgery on his heart.

I have been out of town for several weeks, to be at the hospital every day and to help care for my Dad when we were able to bring him home. The Home Health Nurse requested that I stay to help care for my Dad. I was not going home until we received the OK from the doctor.

I was able to ship some of my orders while I was there, but still have more to finish and ship.

Thank you for your patience, in waiting for me to make and ship toys.

I arrived home last night. I am working on finishing more of my Etsy orders and shipping more this week.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I am sure everyone can hopefully understand, when there is an emergency like this, it has to be the #1 priority!

I shipped the last toy from all of my Etsy orders, today.

I will reopen to sell ONLY the toys, I have available as "Ready Made/Ready to Ship". But please understand, even if I ship any toys sold today and ship tomorrow morning, the toys may or may not arrive before Christmas.

All toys I am listing today, will have USPS Priority Shipping, which is a few dollars more than First Class shipping. This is to "try" to get toys delivered to you before Christmas. All of my orders shipping USPS Priority appear to be arriving to customers within 2-4 days.

I want to thank all of my customers for being patient as I made toys for your orders during this busy Holiday season. My busy season began in early September this year.

I just purchased and picked up my newest multi needle embroidery machine. This will help with my order volume and shorter turn around times. Picked up the new machine last Friday (December 12). Using this machine with my other multi needle machine, has helped me tremendously already with getting ALL toys made for my Etsy orders to finish and ship.

Today, I am putting my Etsy store on "Vacation", to make sure I make toys to be shipped before Christmas.

This time of year is a busy time of year for everyone.

Thank you to all that have ordered for Christmas gifts.

My husband gave me the go ahead, to buy another multi needle embroidery machine. I am expecting my newest embroidery machine to arrive this week. Once I have it set up and running, I will be able to produce more toys and a quicker turn around time too.

I am hoping to reopen, BEFORE Christmas, to accept more orders for dog toys. But the new orders after I reopen, will not arrive before Christmas. Please keep this in mind, when I reopen before Christmas.

This weekend, I will be putting my Etsy store on "Vacation", to make sure ALL dog toys that have been ordered are made and shipped to arrive before Christmas.

"IF", I have time to make extra toys for inventory, I will reopen to sell the extra toys only. '

I will reopen my store, the day after Christmas to begin accepting new orders for dog toys.

September thru December are my busiest months for making and selling dog toys. Turn around times can be slightly longer for me to make and ship toys.

I make dog toys every day, but they sell out as fast as I make them, this time of year.

So, this is why all toys are now "custom made" after ordering thru my Etsy store and there is a turn around time.

It is NOT too late to order dog toys thru my Etsy store, if you order before this weekend.

I am providing another update on Dog Toy orders.

All dog toys are made to order, after customer orders and pays.

This time of year, is my busiest time of year for making dog toys and other items.

Orders can take between 2-4 weeks for me to make and then ship. At times, this turn around time will be shorter. But want to make all customers aware, there may be a 2-4 week turn around time, due to the increased volume in orders.

I sell dog toys this time of year, very quickly. I can make dozens of these and sell out faster than I can make them.

I posted in October this same message to make customers aware, when they order of this turn around time.

My Etsy store has already become very busy with orders for Christmas.

All toys are made, after paying thru my Etsy store.

Please allow 2-4 weeks during this busy time of year for toys to be made and then shipped. At times, this turn around time can be shorter.

I usually have toys in inventory. But they sell out as quickly as I make them, this time of year.

For some reason, I have not been receiving emails or notifications of items sold.
All orders have now been made/shipped.

While we were on vacation, I was not receiving notifications of Etsy orders. I apologize for the delay in making/shipping toys.
I also received several very large orders for dog toys before I found out I had Etsy orders too.
I am almost caught up with making toys for all dog toy orders. Shipping this week.

February 4, 2014

I am busy making dog toys and other items for my Etsy store.

Starbarks dog toys are selling faster than I make them on my embroidery machines. I make 4-6 at a time and selling out quickly.

My turn around time for Starbarks and Sniffany toys is taking s little longer. Thank you for patiently waiting for your dog toys to be embroidered, stuffed and shipped.

We will soon be on a 1 week vacation. Meeting some of my very good customers and going to a planned meetup to meet new friends.

I am working every day to try to finish and ship many orders before going out of town.
Any orders I receive while on vacation, will be made after I arrive home.

I am also planning to begin selling my Ready Made little dog fashions in my Etsy store. I usually only sell these on my Facebook page and Facebook groups.

I continue to work every day, on dog toy orders. I will ship remaining orders after Christmas.

I had to take several days off, from finishing toys and shipping, to finish my own shopping, putting up our Christmas tree, decorating and spending time with family.



December 19, 2013

ALL orders after December 8th, as stated on December 9th, may not arrive BEFORE Christmas.

I have been working hard on ALL dog toy orders every day. Made/Shipped hundreds of toys for this Christmas.

I am still working hard on orders daily, to do my best to ship out as many as I possibly can.

With the daily trips to the Post Office, I overheard the Postal workers telling customers, with all of the bad weather thru out the USA, they can't guarantee mail will arrive in the normal time frame, especially with the high volume for Christmas season.

I am doing my very best, to finish even the most recent orders since December 8th, to get orders finished and into the mail.

Any orders this week, I may not finish/ship until AFTER Christmas. Again, doing my best, to work on orders to finish and ship. ALL dog toys are made to order, when ordered/paid thru my Etsy store.

I am NOT refunding for orders after December 8th, as I have on the invoice and on my main Etsy page, stating my deadline for Christmas orders.

I am busy working on toy orders. All toys are made to order. I have been making extra toys too and selling them as fast as I make them! :)

ANY "new" orders from today forward, I will NOT guarantee will be made/shipped to arrive BEFORE Christmas.

I do NOT want to close my store to put it on "vacation", since I receive orders thru out the year, for everyday and other occasions.

I just want to make ALL customers aware, new orders from today forward may not be finished in time for Christmas.

This busy time of year, ALL toys are custom made after order is paid.

I am still recovering from "Total Shoulder Replacement" surgery (May 31).
It has been a very slow, painful recovery so far. But I am finally beginning to sew and embroider again.

Not sewing/embroidering every day. Only a few hours per week, since my primary focus has been on going to physical therapy to regain the use of my right arm and shoulder.

Still have a long recovery ahead. But seeing progress within the past few weeks and beginning to be able to do more.

I have reopened my Etsy Store, but have not added anything to the store, until today. Anyone that orders, may experience a slight delay in shipping items, because each day, with physical therapy, there are some days I simply can't do much.

I am putting my Etsy Store on "Vacation" due to upcoming "Total Shoulder Replacement" surgery on May 31.

I need this time to prepare for surgery and recovery afterwards. Recovery from this surgery could take up to 6 months, due to being on chemo for my RA, which causes slow healing/recovery process.

Hope to reopen my Etsy Store later this "Summer" or early "Fall".

Thank you to all of my customers for your patience since my fall on ice in mid February and also having to be out of town for my Dad's major surgery a few weeks ago. Since this time, I have had a slow turn around time/shipping for all custom orders for "Dog Toys". I do apologize for these delays.

The last 2 "Dog Toy" orders have been made and shipping this week.

I am still recovering from a serious fall on ice, from before Valentine's Day. I am working on orders to ship out this week.

Thank you for everyone's patience and understanding, as I have been on doctor's ordered rest, to recover from this fall.

I try to keep toys in stock at all times, so usually no turn around time. But have been selling these as fast as I make them. Turn around time can take up to 2 weeks at this time for toy orders as I am currently making these as they are ordered from my Etsy store.
